    For out of the overflow of the heart the mouth speaks. The

    him, and the evil man brings evil things out of the evil

    account on the day of judgment for every careless word they

Summer I am really interested in the fact that you posted this.
This is advice from God's Word that I think I sometimes need to heed. What do you think it is actully saying?

    My dear children, I write this to you so that you will not
    sin. But if anybody does sin, we have one who speaks to the
    Father in our defense - Jesus Christ, the Righteous One. He
    is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not only for ours
    but also for  the sins of the whole world. We know that we
    have come to know him if we obey his commands. The man who
    says, "I know him," but does not do what he commands is a
    liar, and the truth is not in him. But if anyone obeys his
    word, God's love  is truly made complete in him. This is how
    we know we are in him: Whoever claims to live in him must
    walk as Jesus did.

February 19th
    Be patient, then, brothers, until the Lord's coming. See how
    the farmer waits for the land to yield its valuable crop and
    how patient he is for the autumn and spring rains. You too,
    be patient and stand firm, because the Lord's coming is
    near. Don't grumble against each other, brothers, or you
    will be judged. The Judge is standing at the door! Brothers,
    as an example of patience in the face of suffering, take the
    prophets who spoke in the name of the Lord. As you know, we
    consider blessed those who have persevered. You have heard
    of Job's perseverance and have seen what the Lord finally
    brought about. The Lord is full of compassion and mercy.

    James 5:7-11


    Then the end will come, when he hands over the kingdom to
    God the Father after he has destroyed all dominion,
    authority and power. For he must reign until he has put all
    his enemies under his feet. The last enemy to be destroyed
    is death. For he "has put everything under his feet." Now
    when it says that "everything" has been put under him, it is
    clear that this does not include God himself, who put
    everything under Christ. When he has done this, then the Son

    Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you

    heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable
