I have been listening to a Bible Study overview The San Fernando Valley 79. With my wife listening also I find it quite humiliating!  I am talking about the dumb herd of sheep that can be heard on the tape. It is humiliating because my wife is in tears doubled-over laughing hysterically. Why? The "Amens" and "Praise the Lords" sound mindlessly canned. GG is talking and he mindlessly repeating a script he has given a thousand times. He is saying standard phrases that come off like a bus schedule.  Then GG makes a joke, "It's what you learn after you know it all that makes the difference!" and the sheep follow it with a wave of fake laughter. "ah-ha-ha-ha-ha" (It is fake because he tells that joke every meeting) I keep trying to tell her, "We really weren't that stupid!" "We weren't a bunch of zombies!" "There was some critical thinking going on." Yet when I listen to the tape I wonder?Huh These people sound like a bunch of brainwashed stupid idiots!
