Oh, and before I forget.

On the "News Flash" string - the "guest" called
Brent a moron, not the other way around. Funny
you know, the twisting of things - these are definitely
leading brother tactics.

For the record

The word "moron" has appropriate uses.  I have no trouble using the word, where appropriate.

Rudy
just clearing the record in this thread as well...
I'm sure it was an honest mistake.. but you want to be careful to give credit where it is due.
Brents post would be under Any and All topics/Brent - tsk tsk

moron
A stupid person; a dolt.

A person whose intellectual development proceeds normally up to about the eighth year of age and is then arrested so that there is little or no further development.

a person of subnormal intelligence

syn: idiot, imbecile, cretin, changeling, half-wit, retard

Hmm..yeah, I'd say that's an appropriate use of the word.  Wink

Did you know that there is a difference between a moron and an imbecile.  According to the dictionary, an imbecile has the mental intelligence of a 3 - 7 year old, whereas a moron has the intelligence of a 7 - 12 year old.

So hey, at least he didn't call you an imbecile. Grin

moroner - a person of really subnormal intelligence
moronerer - a person absolutely devoid of any possible shred of  intelligence
moronererer- a person who would go see Dumb and Dumberer.

Joe,

Did you really expect me to go over all of the bazillion
strings before sticking up for the servant of the GM ?
I am loyal - not a moron or an imbecile. How do you
think i got out of the assembly in the first place ?   Cool

Rudy,
I don't ask you to stand up for a 'servant of the GM'
Actually.. I don't know how many there are out there right now...
show of hands please.... (heh heh.. not like any who are would do so) anyway, being loyal is good, being inacurate is not.

Joseph

p.s.  this issue is pretty much a non-factor anyway - I don't care who called who a moron.. but again, be careful when you make statements - that they are accurate.  It's to all our benefit when they are.

I can agree with that.

Maybe I should just keep my mouth shut
then and not say anything ? Not say anything
even if I'm wrong and own up to it later ?
