Do you honestly believe that any part of Tim Geftaky is Godly??? By the way, I don't think they would let us file a lawsuit against him for being fat, bald, and for his bad breath. They tend to frown on frivilous lawsuits these days.
Tim Geftakys knew perfectly well what was going on with his loser brother. He sat back and allowed a nice lady to get the crap beaten out of her. What "great" leadership.

He's just a man. Just like you. You both sin. What standard were you holding him to? Perfection? If one of the requirements of being a leading brother, pastor, preacher, whatever is perfection, then we would never have any leadership.
What is Godly? On what kind of scale? On a scale of 1 to 10, is he a 7? Is he not Godly because he wronged *you* personally? If you have a personal problem with him, why slander his name on this board?

Here is the difference...I have a career and an outsanding reputation in my community. He is a career criminal, and could fit all of his friends in a phone booth.
Secondly, as far as holding him to perfection... You better believe that I hold anyone who is as judgemental as he is to the highest of standards.
As for the "Godly" scale, I would put him at a 0. There is not one part of Tim Geftakys that is Godly. He has turned way more people away from God than onto God. Honestly, I think when its all said and done that he will be right up there with the Anti - Christ. This is not an emotional statement...This is calling a spade a spade.
Why do I "slander" him??? I wouldn't say that I am slandering him I am simply stating my true feelings about him. Do I have a personal problem with him...Absolutely! But above and beyond that he was a key leader in a ministry
that negatively effected many people I knew and care about. I spent 2/3 of my life in his ministry....I have said it before that I knew something was extremely fishy about the assembly but kept silent as I did not want to rock the boat. When I left, I didn't have a bad word to say about anyone. Now that my suspicions have been confirmed, war has been declared, and not just on this BB.
My warning to Tim Geftakys is that he better have his ducks in a row because legal action is just around the corner....And Tim, don't tell the mindless people that follow you that this is the persecution, or a sign of the end of times, because its not. It is simply the direct result of illegal activity. You better get those back massages while you can!
